The AAD100 is an acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2020. It is among the initial models in the new Advanced Acoustic series. The AAD100 features a Grand Dreadnought body shape with a solid Sitka Spruce top with X-M bracing and Okoume back and sides with an open pore finish. The soundhole is round with a wooden multi-rosette and the top is bordered with black binding. It has a low oval grip Thermo-aged Nyatoh neck with a 20-fret Ovangkol fingerboard with a rounded edge and small white dot position markers. Components include a plastic saddle in a scalloped Ovangkol bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, a Red Tortoise Pickguard and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines
