The AAD140 is an acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2020. It is among the initial models in the new Advanced Acoustic series. The AAD140 features a grand dreadnought body shape with a solid okoume top with X-M bracing and okoume back and sides with an open pore finish. The soundhole is round with a wooden multi-rosette and the top is bordered with black binding. It has a low oval grip Thermo-aged nyatoh neck with a 20-fret ovangkol fingerboard with a rounded edge and white dot position markers. Components include a plastic saddle in a scalloped ovangkol bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, a red tortoise pickguard and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.
