In 2022, Ibanez will introduce the RGT1270PB, a solid body electric guitar model in the RG series and was made in Indonesia as part of the mid-tier Premium line.
The "RGT1270PB" features an American Basswood body with (3mm) Poplar Burl top, a 7-piece maple/ walnut Wizard III Neck-through construction an Ebony fingerboard with Acrylic & Abalone block inlays, 24 stainless steel jumbo frets with Premium edge treatment, an Edge tremolo. Components are a DiMarzio® Air Norton™ Humbucking pickup in the neck position, a DiMarzio True Velvet Single-coil in the middle position and a DiMarzio The Tone Zone® humbucking pickup in the bridge position, Cosmo black hardware & Gotoh machine heads.
