This versatile, comfortable Grand Auditorium acoustic-electric boasts a back and sides of solid sapele, a mahogany-like tonewood with a warm, punchy midrange voice. A solid top of torrefied Sitka spruce yields bold projection and a warm, aged-in quality thanks to our special roasting recipe, while Taylor's V-Class bracing adds more volume, longer sustain and clearer harmony between notes all the way up the neck. A narrower nut width of 1-11/16 inches and Taylor's slender neck profile makes for buttery-smooth fretting at any skill level, and the onboard ES2 electronics make it easy to plug in and play with a clear amplified tone. This model is finished with an attractive shaded edgeburst top treatment and an all-gloss body, and includes a structured gig bag for convenient storage and portability.
